Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products bought from MIAVRO Systems once the store is open. Custom services follow the refund terms in their own written agreement. Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so refunds work as follows.

• If a product is materially different from its description or does not work as documented, contact contact@miavrosystems.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us what is wrong.
• We will first try to fix the problem with a correction or an updated package.
• If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the amount you paid, back to the same bank account or wallet you paid from.
• Refunds are made by bank or wallet transfer and normally reach you within 7 working days after we approve them. Your bank or wallet provider may take longer.
• We do not give refunds for change of mind after download, or for problems caused by third-party services or by changes you made to the product.
