Privacy Policy

MIAVRO Systems ("we", "us") runs this website, miavrosystems.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, why, who processes it for us, and how long we keep it. You can reach us at contact@miavrosystems.com.

Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, company and phone number (optional), the service or budget details you choose to give, and your message. You must tick the consent box before sending.
• Orders (only when the store is open): name, email address, order details and a payment reference.
• Technical data: basic server logs needed to run and secure the site. Your network address is also used briefly, in server memory, to limit repeated form submissions and protect against abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to discuss or deliver the work you ask about.
• To send order and support emails you have requested.
• To notify us by email when a new enquiry arrives.
• To protect the site against abuse and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase stores enquiries, orders and site data in its hosted database.
• Vercel hosts and serves the website.
• Resend sends our notification and order emails.
• Your own email provider handles the messages we exchange with you.

These providers may process data on servers outside Pakistan. We share your information only with them and only to run the site and answer you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and contact messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
• Order records: 7 years, because we may need them for accounting and tax purposes.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own settings.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the time of writing. It stores your shopping cart (product names and quantities only) and chosen currency in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload. After you place an order, a short-lived, secure cookie lets the confirmation page show your order once; it is removed as soon as the page has loaded and expires on its own after 15 minutes. If analytics or other tracking is added later, this section will be updated first.

AI assistant

If an AI assistant is enabled on this site, conversations may be processed by a third-party AI provider and reviewed by us to improve answers. Do not share sensitive personal data in the assistant.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@miavrosystems.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
